BUSINESS ADMNISTRATOR

Main responsibilities are: 

– team calendar supervision, organizing meetings
– handling preparation and retention of legal documentation
– organizing external communication on behalf of the Management Board
– organizing business trips and preparing travel expense reports

Requirements
– experienced in MS Office with great PowerPoint skills
– very good Estonian and English, Russian is a plus
– proactive and self-motivated with can do attitude
